This page explains how to delete your Path2Playoffs account and what happens to your information. Path2Playoffs is operated by Reestir Labs LLC. You can request deletion at any time using either option below — the email option requires no app access.
How to Delete Your Account
There are two ways to delete your Path2Playoffs account:
Option 1 — Delete in the app
- Open the Path2Playoffs app and go to Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account.
- Review and confirm that you understand what deletion does.
- Sign in again when prompted, so we can verify it is really you (a security step required before deletion).
Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion and you are signed out on this device. For the next 30 days you can restore it by signing back in; after that, your account and data are permanently erased (see Timing and Recovery Window below).
Option 2 — Delete by email (no app access needed)
Email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, using the subject line “Delete my account.” Sending from your account's email address lets us verify the request. We will process the deletion and confirm by reply.
What Is Deleted and What Is Kept
When you delete your account, the following applies:

| Sign-in account — email address, display name, and account identifier | Permanently deleted after the recovery window below. |
| Push-notification subscriptions | Deleted. |
| Data stored on your device — favorites, predictions, settings, feedback drafts, profile fields, search history, notification inbox, and audio progress | Kept on your device during the 30-day recovery window so you can restore your account; removed when deletion is finalized. That happens when you sign in during the window and choose to keep deleting, or when the window ends and you next open the app. |
| Data previously synced to our servers — favorited teams, saved prediction sets, and submitted feedback reports | Permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. |
| Order and tax records for merchandise purchases | Kept where required by law (for example, tax and accounting obligations). |
| Anonymous diagnostics — app crash reports that contain no account identifiers | Kept; this data is not linked to you and cannot be used to identify your account. |
Timing and Recovery Window
When you delete from within the app, you are signed out and your account and any data synced to our servers are scheduled for permanent deletion. For up to 30 days afterward, your account remains recoverable — sign back in to restore it if you change your mind or deleted it by mistake. After that 30-day grace period, your account (including your sign-in) and your synced data are permanently erased from our active systems, except for any limited records we are required to keep by law.
